Program Development Coordinator

This job has been expired

Loudoun Cares (LC) serves County residents and nonprofits by pursuing our mission of
“connecting those who serve with those in need to build a stronger community”. Rarely do you
find a true intermediary nonprofit organization that not only helps people in need find resources
but also connects community residents that want to give back through volunteerism with the
nonprofits that need support. Our ConnectLine and online Volunteer Center function as a hub
connecting resources and coordinating services.

We are looking for a competent Program Development Coordinator to undertake a variety of
administrative, fundraising, marketing and program management tasks related to our Volunteer
Center programs. You will help in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as
carry out important operational duties. The Program Development Coordinator reports to the
Executive Director and is responsible for the successful leadership and management of the
Volunteer Center programs in accordance with the strategic direction set by the Board of
Directors and the Executive Director
