Mental Wellness Program manager


Ryan Bartel Foundation, a 501.c.3 non-profit located in Loudoun County, VA, needs a compassionate, energetic, and enthusiastic team member for 20-30 hours per week with a focus on positive mental health to help plan, support, and facilitate our mental wellness programs designed for teens and adults. The Program Manager will report directly to the Program Director to meet programmatic goals and objectives set forth by the Foundation’s strategic plan.

This is a dynamic position, and each day will bring new responsibilities, challenges, and opportunities. During the assigned hours, the Program Manager will:

  • Plan and lead or co-lead in-person or virtual programs for teens primarily on the weekend, after school, or in the evening
  • Provide training to community partners
  • Lead or assist in teen support groups
  • Gather and analyze program data and document trends
  • Create program status reports and presentations
  • Participate in community events
